
物流显示送达但买家说没收到?eBay卖家该怎么应对?
最近在eBay卖货时遇到一个典型情况:物流显示“Delivered”,但买家坚持没收到,于是买家要求退款。面对这种情况,以寄USPS为例,在本文我介绍了详细处理方式,如果你用了其他快递公司,思路类似。
第1步:检查物流状态并理解eBay 的处理逻辑
在回复买家之前,先确认USPS的页面是否显示已送达。
如果你上传了 tracking 且显示“Delivered”:
- 对于 <$750 的订单,eBay通常支持卖家。
- 对于≥$750 的订单,需 Signature Confirmation,否则eBay可能偏向买家
在某些情况下,eBay 可能偏向买家:
- 买家提供额外证据(如监控、邮局证明)
- 卖家未及时回应或态度不好
第2步:回复买家
在eBay给出的时间限制之前回复,建议买家等待两天,看情况是否有变。原因可能是:
- USPS 提前标记“Delivered”
- 包裹误投邻居或门口角落
可回复:
Hi, USPS shows the item was delivered on [Date] to the address you provided. In some cases, delivery is marked early or misdelivered nearby. Please check with neighbors and around your property first. I suggest waiting two more days to see if it turns up. If it still doesn’t show up, let me know, and I’ll contact USPS to investigate further.
第3步:等待eBay处理
eBay系统会根据 tracking 状态和你的回复直接自动判定结果。
✅若eBay支持你,你无需退款,视订单为完成。
❌若eBay支持买家,会强制退款,这时你可以找USPS填Missing Mail Search (需要发货后至少 7天才能提交),根据回复有两种可能:
🔹USPS证实已成功送到,那提供证据给 eBay,尝试上诉。
🔹USPS证实包裹没寄到,那就找USPS 索赔,可以这么写:
The package was marked as delivered on [Date], but USPS investigation confirmed it was not successfully delivered and cannot be located. The buyer did not receive the item. I fulfilled my shipping obligation, but the item was lost and unrecoverable. I’m requesting insurance compensation for the item value and shipping cost.
